Gandhi Naidu After serving as a Realtor for number of years and achieving immense success with residential & commercial real estate business, he has taken a holistic approach to his business and now provides his clients with investment and counseling services in real estate market by utilizing his prior experience both, as a banker and in the legal arena. Today, he has an established business of over 25 years and serves his investment clients with absolute integrity with free consultation. His in depth real estate knowledge and marketing skills enable his clients to save time and get the best property for the right price. Gandhi has been offering comprehensive and quality service nationally and locally in a pro-active manner. Gandhi’s achievements as a professional Realtor, include, first ever Indian, to serve as the President of Northern California Association of Realtors, a local division of California Association of Realtors for two years in 2004 and 2005, respectively. He subsequently was elected to serve as a chairperson in 2006 and 2007 of California Statewide Commercial Association of Realtors, which boasts over 200,000 membership organization of all Realtors in California. The term limit understandably precluded him to continue as a chairperson, nevertheless, he is still considered as a valued Director with respectable standing and stature within (CAR) California Association of Realtors, and serves in various committees. Furthermore, Gandhi dedicates his time to community services and local charities. He currently serves as the president of TISI SANGAM, Religious and Cultural, Inc. A multiracial religious organization formed under IRC, Code 501 C (3). He was one of the founding members of the organization. He has lived in the Bay Area for over 30 years and is married with two children. All of his clients always have praises for his services and one recently commented in the local newspaper that “he made several of us millionaires!” |
